Part-time worker

A person who is paid wholly or in part by reference to the time they work, and who is not identifiable as a full-time worker having regard to the employer's custom and practice in relation to workers employed under the same type of contract (regulation 2(2), Part-time Workers (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment) Regulations 2000).
