Xenophobia

Xenophobia is the fear or hatred of something that is perceived to be foreign or strange.  According to UNESCO, the terms xenophobia and racism often overlap, but differ in how the latter encompasses prejudice based on physical characteristics while the former is generally centred on behaviour based on the notion of a specified people being averse to the culture or nation. It is a form of discrimination  and is addressed under the provisions of the Equality Act 2010. The first step is to raise a grievance.
