Sexual Orientation Discrimination
Sexual orientation is the term used to describe what gender or genders someone is sexually or romantically attracted to and is a protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010. It is against the law for you to be discriminated against at work because of who you are sexually or romantically attracted to.
