Termination agreement

A termination agreement, is an agreement which records the terms of termination of an employment contract and any payments to be made, usually in return for a waiver of any claims in the Employment Tribunal or Courts. An agreement to waive claims under most statutory employment rights must comply with the statutory conditions for a settlement agreement.
