How to Prepare Your Document List and Bundle
The Employment Tribunal will send you and your employer a Case Management Order which will require you both to provide the list of documents that you are going to rely on for the final hearing to the Employment Tribunal. This is called the duty of Disclosure. This template and its accompanying directions help you prepare your list of documents as part of the legal process for Disclosure.
Your bundle of documents contains all the evidence that you will rely on to win your case in the Employment Tribunal. If you do not list a document, then you cannot rely on it at the final hearing. This template helps you provide a detailed list of the documents that you should legally disclose.
